To me, this scene represents the dichotomy that exists between being the "Hunter", and the "Hunted"....what goes around comes around. And how would you act? Being Hunted? Its profound really, this scene.

My brother and father freaked when they watched this. They are/were hunters from WEPA and they KNOW these aren't the kind of deer found there!

Indeed. And anyone from Northwest Washington State may immediately recognize the scenic North Cascades in this sequence.

I believe they were filming to the Northeast of Mt Baker, judging by the position of the old Black Buttes volcano.
