can you make a more detailed video on nunchucks when you have the free time please :] . this was rushed and not explained well. (not being ungreatfull)
"be very careful" is good to bear in mind... but i think ppl, even beginners (like me), should practice with 12" wood-chain nunchaku... it's heavy and so merely by practicing, u can improve the strength of ur wrists and forearms... i started with one too, and i've never hit myself so far because i dont get too fancy before i get a good hang of what i wanna try
