Lakers Showtime with Magic & Co

What a great video. Thanks for ths. Loved this era of Showtime from the Laker Dynasty!

The Lakers are a great dynasty, but like many great franchises it's hard not to be damn jealous of them and how well their organization is run. They were stacked in the 80s much like they have been in the 00s. They had Magic, Kareem, Worthy, then surrounded by great complimentary guys like Cooper, Scott and even Rambis/Green. They had so much superiority and coaching pyschological advantages, it was like the rest of the NBA save the Celtics, shouldn't have even bothered showing up to games.

This just shows how good a PASSING TEAM the Lakers were during this time. Amazing if they can get that back with Kobe, Farmar, Pau, Bynum and Odom next year, then they'll be a lot harder to stop.

yea i got it for xmas, i played that tape over and over again, its out on DVD now...

i bought the always showtime video when it came out originally and it made me love the lakers. of course this is right before magic announces he has the HIV virus...i remember when magic came back that was awesome as hell
