It's a game that takes place in a district of Toyko. As for the storyline or general premise of the game, I'm not going to spoil it for you here, but honestly, you should play the game, it's amazing. It has nothing to do with "ghetto people" or "the ghetto," unless... people in Japan consider Shibuya "the ghetto."

Or Tokyo, for that matter. YouTube needs an edit button.

While I also didn't like Tin Pin Slammer, I got good at it just so I could get through Another Day's Cracktasic storyline. Was soooooo worth it.
