i just noticed that it says Dr.W (i know that) but in SML it could be Dr.Wario and Dr.L was Dr.Luigi and created MegaMario

I remember playing this, I was totally confused. . . kept trying to hit the ? blocks & go through pipes =P

and the boss is tough indeed, you can't dodge the falling leaves by standing on 1 spot. Gotta jump when they are right next to you.
