you obviously don't know what you're saying, this isn't an edited video, this is the latest technology of augmented reality, wich is the future of probably all the computer sciences, videogames, surgery, building, etc.
Nice video, I hope that they continue developing this, it's really a future that I (an avid computer and technology in general user) am looking forward, even if I'm not a quake player I know that this kind of stuff is going to change the world.
