Russians... I want to call them Asians, I've had an argument where I was fervent in the belief they were Asians...

But Muscow is in Europe, I think.

The word is actually rendered as either Цар or Царь - Bulgarian and Russian respectively. The English transliteration of this is entirely acceptable as Tsar, Csar or Tzar.
