Sorry 0 didn't mean to pass any judgement or appear dumb - just that I was so impressed by these young fellows , and it struck me that they would have to have the fitness of sports people to be able to do it and I would find watching them compete over given courses over watch synchronised swimming!!. You have to admit that sports also commands a great deal of discipline too. But anyway I really do appreciate your comment as I wasn't aware of what the "rules" were.

CHECK OUT MY PARKOUR VIDEOS, we just started and could use some pointers.

Well it could very well be a sport, except that parkour is a discipline, and is strictly involved to /not/ be competitive, because while parkour demonstrates the ability to overcome obstacles efficiently, freerunning involves a lot of extra movement, such as flips etc, and is focused on just being able to do "cool tricks"

Now I'm an old fellow and so impressed with these young folks doing this they must be so fit it's not funny. Why not an Olympic sport eh? after all there are some Olympic "sports" that wouldn't come close. Really like watching this!
