ain`t it funny how all the words end with "o,shi"...because just b4 the drop they say "o,SHIT" but they never get 2 finish,hence forth causing it 2 sound like O,Shi. LMAO,am i right or am i right XD

yeah, but it also depends on wich mat u fall ^^, I'm also thrown 4days a week, but because of the thin mat it still hurts sometimes ^^

Nice Video, I like the slow motion breakdowns. That's something most other judo videos on here do not show you. I am a little dissapointed that the setups aren't a little better articulated. The most important part of all these throws is the setup. That's true for most judo/jujitsu moves. It would be nice to see another second of video prior to the throw being executed.
