theres a battery plant explading right now close to where i live, theres firetrucks abnd everything but they cant put it out, massive explasoins

lmfaoo thats lucky case i saw laptop explode loool just becuase coffie was spilled... the lady ran to get towels thank god she did becuase the whole table flew apart cuased a fire that did cuase the whole kitchen to burn.... this is minor dont think the worset... thank god she left for towels... Ironic its in the kitchen? should be towels there her lucky day god bless

you sure thats li-ion most labtop cells use li-poly. Li-ion's tend dont to combust anywhere near as easily as li-poly's

wrong, A number of laptops battieries. use both li-ion and li-poly. A number of "thick" cells that appear to be li-poly are infact cells of li-ion 18650's in parrallel / serial configuration inside the caseing. i have a old P3 labtop sitting next to me that uses a li-ion cell. If you do not believe this fact why dont you just google shop for a li-ion laptop battery.

well all i know is that every laptop i've seen from now to a couple of years back have Li-ion batteries.
