A windmill in Hornslet near Aarhus broke its brakes and a storm made it break.

And what proof do you provide of the contrary? NONE, this WAS NOT A TEST, it was a failure of the braking system, the brakes failed, the prop over rotated and centripetal forces tore it apart, that simple, it was caught on camera by an intelligent being that saw it was spinning to fast and figured it would fail. He decided he would try to record it as it failed. Thats what actually happened, if you were intelligent enough to do your own research instead of speculating you would know that.
