First of all its the other way around. Kimmel has been playfully bumping Matt Damon for years; then he finally invited Matt Damon and bumped him again. The Sarah Siverman video wasn't made for months after.

Plus, Sarah Silverman wasnt going out with Matt Damon. That's part of the joke.
