The reason this car isnt mass produced (I think) is because of pollution. This motor isnt the cleanest buring engine as we may all agree. So pollution standards may be getting in the way. Oh, Markdaddy and Velpak, stop fighting like a couple of little chicks lol
Looking on the front timing cover of stock rotary engines, what do you see? A nice little OMP. Some run premix instead of the oil metering pump for a little more security as they have failed before.
Do some research before you come on here rambling your bullshit.
Oh please, Who the hell doesnt know about the OMP, every true rotary head knows it's a SASD EXCUSE and it doenst even constantly inject oil for the seals, only under certain conditions. Burning motor oil is a POOR way to lubricate seals, but it just so happened to be the simplest way to keep the engines alive with mindless dumbasses who dont want to pay attn. 2-stroke oil (especially ashless) is supremely better than a sometimish OMP. You should know that, unless YOU'RE a halfass tuner, wanker
If you ever buy a rotary, take off the OMP and drive it around and come back to me when you are in need of a rebuild. And yes, every cunt and his dog knows that premix is far superior...common knowledge, cretin.
PWNED, asshole! you should find out what people really know and mean, and who the hell youre talkin' shit to before you try to play big man superhero on some technicality shit!!!
You should have known my point all along is that apex seals are lubricated by "fuel alone" whether that fuel has motor oil injected into it or not, it becomes fuel once it's in the chamber. it's akin to a 2-stroke engine in it's lubrication, and not a 4stroke engine where the rings are constantly seeing motor oil, oil that doesnt get burned. I made that point in favour of the rotary for those that didnt know. Not sure why you have to be a dick about it. attn perhaps?
The apex seals are not lubricated by fuel alone... I'll presume you made a typo there! They are in-fact lubricated by oil which is delivered via the oil injectors...
