or they could be put in a sanctuary for elephants?
there are two fantastic elephant sanctuaries in the U.S.

Please don't patronize circuses who use animals in their acts!
Tell your family + friends to do the same!

its people like these who need to be hung,drawn and quartered...we need this to stop!!

How sad and disgusting to treat any animal with such cruelty. This truly heartbreaking for me.

that was sad...i wasn't aware this happened...how can we be so freakin cruel?

what the hell kind of fucked up people do we have living in our world today. a bunch of selfish motherfuckers. it's heartbreaking to watch that poor elephant get shot to death, for what? Being emotionally and physically abused and just taking it all out because it's had enough? How do these people sleep at night knowing they have NO HEART.
