ϋ makes exactly the same sound as ϊ...keep in mind that they both always follow another vowel! when they are after an O they make the sound "oi"(as "oy" in boy)when they after an α they make the sound "ai"(i)
hmmm actually ωϋ, and ωϊ dont exist....i think neither ωυ does...the combination ωι exists only in one word that i can think of right now and it's πρωί=(morning)..
ω is also considered a long vowel in modern greek...ancient Greeks though pronunced it a bit differently than modern ones..it was a long ooo instead of the short o which is in modern greek exactly like o-mikron..so dipthongs with ω would be very complicating i suppose for ancient Greeks and they wouldns sound beautifully...there would be the so called hiatus right there which Greeks try to avoid usually
