I beat the whole game on realistic and I was killing everybody I could!!! I did it! Also, which biomods did you install later in the game
besides strength enhancement, walk silent and the hacking mod?

Milestone of gaming but the physics were heavily exaggerated. I shot a WTO guard with a shotgun in the torso and for some strange reason his neck twisted 180.

Heh, how could you do that!? I had a hard time killing even enemy guards off when I heard them speak to themselves about getting into school and stuff, so I sneaked around or stunned most of them.

Do what, exactly? Perhaps you are playing on Hard. We are playing on Realistic. Hard gives both you and enemies a lot of health--a shotgun blast to the head will instantly kill nobody. Realistic makes most weapons do a ton of damage, particularly in the head area, so it's way easier for enemies to kill you, but if you get the drop on them, you can kill them quickly.

I didn't mean the difficulty, but that when you hear them talking about their life history you just haven't got the heart to kill them off.
