To those who wonder where the 8th member is, go see the video "UC Men's Octet- 2003 opening video".
Note: To alleviate any confusion, Rockapella never did this arrangement. Some time in the late 90's, the Octet's recording of this song was mislabeled online as a Rockapella song. This acapella arrangement has been passed along within the group from year to year since the 80's. The original arranger, it is believed, was a member of another Berkeley group in the mid-80's, and the Octet adopted the tune a couple years later.

yes, it's magnificent BUT (time to do some negative critics) solo parts are too lame! example: mozil brass version has a soloist that 'probably' does more than he's asked to and does it pretty well. UC simply has no any r'n'r approach that they surely need and as such are that percent close to the stars!!
