This isn't my favorite version within the context of the opera (too slow!), but the tempo is perfect for the Shawshank scene. Excellent musical choice.

one of the best movies ever....The film speaks to a lot of people on some level, and its message of hope and inspiration is one that appeals to vast arrays of people......one of my favorite ones...

It's a great movie, a great novella and Le Nozze Di Figaro is the Opera of all Operas.

Each one coincides with the other. I saw Shawshank stoned and I felt touched.
