Some of it is. The very first sample is from a John Waters movie. The woman talking about her son Dexter was actually a 300 pound drag queen named Divine. So it is a sample, but they used other actors for the video. The song blew my mind when I first heard it. This video made me reach critical mass. Genius is too limiting a term for this.

First time I heard this I thought the song was made by taking voice clips from some old movies... :o

The video description was true! Haha. One of the most hilariously awesome things ever. A lot of it was exactly how I imagined it, and most of it just blew my mind. Awesome video.
