Well, this is part of an album that tells a story, I honestly don't know the entire plot but crudely adapted in the future robots called Mr.Robotos are being used to do all the work in the world and music is being outlawed (I could be wrong with any of this so check yourself on Wikipedia) and basically Killroy goes trying to stop this, this began the iconic "Killroy was here" and he hides himself disguised as a Mr.Roboto. Like I said, you should check yourself, I can't remember too well.
