Best Shields and Swords for a Heavy Armored Char are Daedrics, for an Light Armored one would be The Glass Sword and Shield. Better if have Enchantments ;)

Well I prefer enchanting my own swords This way you can get ultimate pwnage! But other than that I like the Dawnfang.

shadows on grass don't make shit in textures but it does bring down the fps... and self shadows are just fucking anoying...
