You are quite a simpleton... "evreything that live in the water" is a fish? That is so far from true. That's as bad as saying that everything that lives on land is a mammal. Mammals and fish are different. Sorry that you do not possess the mental capacity to grasp that concept.
Cows and "poneys" can be very unpredictable and can injure humans, also. Any animal is capable of hurting a human. Dogs, horses, elephants, and yes, dolphins, have been known to attack or even kill humans.

how could you explain that a cow or a poney which are domestic grass eaters can cause accidents and that a dolphin which is a wild carnivore and predator would never cause any accident ?

Juliendace, did you miss that day in 4th grade where you learn how to tell the difference between mammals and fish?
Dolphins are mammals because they're warm-blooded, give birth to live babies, breath air through lungs instead of gills, they have a backbone, and they drink milk from the mother.
Fish are cold blooded, lay eggs, and they breath through gills by filtering the oxygen out of the water. Fish can breath underwater. Dolphins cannot breath underwater, they need to surface to breath.
