What he says at the end there is so true!! The only reason kids like most of the music they like is cause it's in style to like it, not because it's any good, the same thing goes for the clothes people wear!

I love Duke. In my opinion he was the greatest American composer of the 20th century. I've never heard anybody that could take in so many different styles of music and incorporate it into their own sound the way Duke did. Not to mention he continually developed throughout his entire career. Listen to the way he sounded in the 20s and 30cs and compare that to how he sounded in the 40s and 50s and then com0are it to how he sounded in the 60s and 70s. Truly amazing to say the least
