JVC X'eye Commercial - Rare Sega Genesis CD product

Here's a rare commercial for the hard-to-find JVC X-Eye system. It was a Sega Genesis (Mega Drive) and Sega CD in one unit.

I was one of the few people that owned a "JVC X' Eye/ Wondermega. Sigh* My baby sister poured water into the disc drive so it broke. I miss this thing.

Yes, it was a joint effort from both Sega and JVC, it was to provide better sound as well, as JVC was supposed to be good at audio then.

The X'Eye does not have an s-video output.

However, the Japanese version of the X'Eye, the Wondermega 2, does come with an s-video output.
