Are you sure that she doesn't just recognize the 'picture' of the words? If you've used the same words over and over again. If you gave a word and asked her to read it. It had to be a very easy word but a word she's probably never seen written down before. Would she be able to read it? And maybe even recognize the word, because she had heard it before, but never seen it written down? I have no idea, if she would be able to - I'm just curious :) She's gifted for sure, and she's adorable!
Wow - this is wonderful! Emily is an inspiration for parents to help their children to read - at earlier age than most expect to do so. Thanks for the info and the video.....Emily is terrific! and so cute
