In this video he sounds quite different than usual. I think it's because it was prerecorded and then he acted it out for the DVD. If you listen to other recording of him live, I think you will like his tone a little more

it's all about what i hear. i think YOU are the ignorant one if you are unwilling to accept that musical tastes have an inherently subjective component. I did not say he was bad but rather that he is not my favorite.
