It may look visually like Wow, and the hot keys are definitely like Wow, but that's not to say that it isn't the natural evolution of Diablo 2's combat.

But that fight on the bridge with the barbarian. THAT is motherfucking Diablo. Heart and soul.

Besides, the hot key bar existed already, it was just invisible. Just a minor difference.
