Finally, someone actually knows who's supposed to be with Balthier. Penelo is considered -jailbait-, and Balthier doesn't want a child for a girlfriend. Ashe wants to reclaim her throne, and Balthier doesn't like to be tied down, so why would he go for Ashe or Penelo? Sorry, I had to say this.
