Lunasa is aboslutely stunning to watch play! I always get frustrated when I can't learn a piece easily by ear. And i so badly want to learn this piece on my ocarina, but I doubt I can ever truly emulate the way a tin whistle is played. Especially of Lunasa's caliber!

Does anyone have notes for this piece?

My wife and saw Lunasa on March 21st at Central Michigan University. They were incredible! They are all excellent musicians and put on a wonderful show. Go see them if you can and youll be hooked.

Can barely hear the bagpipes in this recording, which, to me, is the best part of the song(second passing of the first tune)

that the drones' backsound at the biginning that makes the difference along with the guitar.
It's really a masterpiece.
