This video sux & that woman is a creeper. I love this song though, so much work and so many instruments are put into it. its a true masterpiece (the song I mean) I can't say the same for the music video.

as win butler says he doesnt give a fuck about music videos. its not like arcade fire want 2 b on mtv. the great thing about arcade fire songs is each song has different meanings 2 everybody. u shouldnt let a video dictate what a song means 2 u .

video: what the hell was going on, it was awful and weird

don't let the beauty of Funeral cloud your judgement.  this video sucks, and im becoming disapointed with Arcade Fire's videos in general. This one doesn't speak to the song, it has NONE of its child-like innocence, hope, or nostalgia for home. "then we think of bedrooms, and our parent's bedrooms, and the bedrooms of our friends. Then we think of our parents. What the hell ever happened to them?!" That's not here

Yes it does...their bedrooms, their parents bedrooms etc etc. Everyone was just getting injected with pioson all day long. Thats why this song sounds so sad, everyone is fucking dead.
