please enlighten me to what the "rules" of the wacky world of graffiti are? You could even give me the truncated version. Why would there not be more than one?

How can you possibly know his name? Anonymity is as the word suggests...
Either way what's the point in arguing about it, if you like his work, support the causes he illustrates in his art and stop wasting time on Youtube having silly arguments...
