Excuse me, Mana HAS STATED that Gackt wasn't kicked out. They asked him to leave because he stopped going to meeting and he wrote Le Ciel and everything after it alone. MM was a band, not a solo project. This is confirmed also by Kozi, Yu~ki AND Kami. And Mana's on good terms with everyone from ex-MDM + Tetsu + Kaya. And he has said that he hates that some fans have the wrong opinion on him (Being a selfish bitch who kicks bandmates out for more fame)

I don't know the details (being more of a casual MM listener) but Mana as the founder probably has a dominant position. That doesn't make him selfish. I respect the man for taking his art seriously.

xD Not money hunger~ Mana was jsut ebing bigheaded. He's a narcisstic bastard after all. (Still love you mana!) And Gakku had enough of him stealing the song wrighting and rights. Also, Mana was getting jealous of Gakku's fame, and he started doing things to get himself more publicity. But eventually Gackt left, and Mana kicked him out - same thing happens in moi Dix Mois.
