This isn't realtime polygonal 3D like Virtua Fighter or Tekken.

FX Fighter is pre-rendered CG played back via FMV.

This game was going to originally appear on the SNES using the Super FX chip that was used in Star Fox. Hence the name "FX" Fighter. But soon later cancelled due to unknown reasons between Nintendo and Argonaut.

I love the 1995 FX Fighter game (by Argonaut), not this one.
But it was nice to hear a japanese girl pronouncing "FX Fighter", LOL.

this is not 3d, it's a sort of interactive video, all the stuff is prerenderized, that's why don't see the fighters hitting each others or moving around

Nice, hehe i remember seeing screenshots of this in EDGE! Definitely looked good at the time, but now i know how bad it plays its pretty funny! lol

I had FX Fighter the one that was released. But this one is so much more hardcore! lol
