The song is in the game. You can listen to it on your radio to regain stamina. The frequency on normal is 141.85. You get them from some guards when you interrogate them. The frequency for the songs change with each difficulty, so google the other if you want to hear them.
The "movie" they made out of MGS3 was just the cutscenes with some recorded gameplay mixed in. Also the cutscenes were all mixed around, they weren't in sequential order. The video quality was really fuzzy.
It was a part of the limited edition re-release of MGS3, on a 3rd disked called "Existence." Just look up MGS3 Existence and you'll find it. Might even be able to download it somewhere online.
