el peso? depende de muchos factores... pero vamos puedes empezar con 6 o 8 kilos, repeticions 12-15 (menos si quieres mejorar mucho en volumen... pero para empezar ;))

si es ke yo ago todos los dias ejercicos solo para los triceps y el pecho.....???
Lunes : pecho,hombro,triceps, (+ abdomen)
Miercoles: pierna (+ abdomen)
Viernes: bicep,espalda (+ abdomen)
