I have, both the anime and manga. The author is currently sick and unable to do work and has been so for more than 6 months, so the manga is on hold I'm afraid.

I live in Sweden but I'm sure there are some Japanese TV channels broadcasted on the internet. But I watched the subbed versions as they were released shortly after the weekly (or was it monthly?) episodes were aired.
