I had a friend who was a pilot in former Yugoslavia he said something interesting about Russian technology. Russians are using tubes in their Radars while westerners use Transistors and Chips which are sensitive to nuclear blast and could break in case of a nuclear blast, which would give a certain advance to Russian technology in case of Nuclear war, can someone confirm this or say something more about it?
