i never saw the whole film....

can someone explain this scene to me? was that cellar a dream? what does she mean by her lover being dead when hes sitting infront of her.....or was she talking about her dead lover

yes,,great moments for cinema I agree..this movie is strong and deserve to be watched a second time...but is so so deep..

One of cinema's great masterpieces, as recognised when it came out. If it appears less now in critics' lists, that says more about how our time and judgments have slipped than the value and quality of the film.
