Iggy Pop／Ryuichi Sakamoto - Risky

That was one large slice of nice. I was listening to Ryuichi earlier this evening via his collaborations with Miki Nakatani. Iggy really takes the Bowie influence and runs with it here, but adds his own unique touch to it as well. Definitely a 5-star video. Thanks for posting.

Ryuichi Sakamoto is a musical genius. Iggy Pops gravelly vocal gives this track the right abrasive contrast. Artful video to a fine piece.

Played the 12" back in the 80's a lot in the club. Loved the production, and Iggy's vocals of course. Reminds me of some Grace Jones material of the same period, from a production standpoint i.e. "Slave to the Rhythm". Great stuff.
