They would have to make use of Mode 7 and Super FX- and even then they could have run into design problems. And, since they'd use those two A LOT for the amazing graphical effects- the game could slow down or lock up a lot.

If this was released in the 80's, it'd be a smash hit. The game system it will be on will be the SNES. Then in 2007 They will make a 3D version of this game.
