if you got a kneeboard use that, it has straps to keep you in. if not then buy one or get the raved-about mad river rocket sled (kneeboard on snow)... but in my opinion the water kneeboards are faster than the mad river rockets... but then again i only tried the m.r. rocket once. check my video for a kneeboard on snow and also check "shmrr" for the mad river rocket
