That's not what a theory is. A theory is an educated guess based on facts. It is hard to believe in God, because the chances of the Christian God existing are as slim as possible. Evolution itself actually is fact now, we know things evolve (like diseases), the only theory is if we necessarily evolved from monkeys, as we could have evolved from something else. So when Hitler thought the world would be better that the world would be better like that, it wasn't a theory, it was a belief.

Creationism wasn't required teaching when Reagan was President and he was more conservative than McCain. What the heck are you talking about? Please use facts in your argument. War with Iran? Maybe. Creationism? No. Besides, what do you have to complain about? Everything is going your way anyways. What's next? Removing crosses from military cemetaries?

In MY experience, religious people are some of the most independent and strong-willed people I've ever seen. Religion may or may not have been the reason for this but it certainly didn't hurt it. Religion makes people stronger as individuals. How do you explain the fact that a community torn by violence and drugs and poverty copes and rises up from the ashes because of its faith in something better. We're not sheep, conversely, we see you in almost the same light.

You can't just reject a whole set of values and morals just because ONE facet of the religion contradicts science. I hope you're not one of those people that think science and religion can't co-exist because that's retarded. I reject lightbulbs, computers, evolution, and genetics all because I'm a Christian? It's very arrogant to assume that God created the Earth for just humans - white ones at that. Humans were most likely food for bigger animals until they developed. I certainly know that the Earth was created 6000 years ago which your book of lies, The Bible, says. There have been thousands of variations of god or gods in every culture, and just like all the rest, you claim yours is the one and only correct truth. Where do we go after death? Back to mostly carbon-based molecules.
