I think they are pretty dumbs, what the hell are they buiding those efficient laptops, so that mean they had the technologie and the resources but is not profitable to build cheap computers, so that means that piece of shit is better than my 1200 USD laptop.. butllshit... hahaha

They won't charge them for it until their country develops. They want all those kids to grow up using Windows (I think it's call an investment).
