Please forgive my ignorance. I don't know Arabic. But I heard that her "accent (was)...better than (some) middle easterns." It this true, how is it better? Is there dialect coaches for Arabic. Thank-you!

There are coaches for a good accent in Arabic as in all languages, but generally a person who speaks several languages, adopt very well accents

Me personally I have studied for several years in a school in Belgium.

Or you can learn Arabic usually during the holidays in Arab countries.
