Please vote NO to the Lisbon Constitution. It is not good enough to have a European Constitution that reads like a phone book and that only the Irish citizens get to vote on. Democracy is in the hands of the Irish people. Voting no to Lisbon will not change the economic situation for the better or the worse. This is a tactic being used by the Government and certain media with vested interests in a yes vote to distract from the actual content of the Treaty. Please do not be fooled, vote NO.

The only place for a politician like Kathy Sinnott is Dáil Éireann. Maybe the Dáil should be made the only place in Europe where Irish Politicians should be kept? Mug Savages!

McCreevy is now himself the laughing stock of Europe. He's quoted all the time on German forums for his statement that he wouldn't recommend anyone to 'spend a weekend reading the treaty and he hadn't read it himself.'People just shake their heads about this arrogance. Perhaps he was just dumb to admit it - most other politicians keep quiet about it even though they voted 'yes'!

Thank YOU very much for delivering a NO VOTE to subsuming Ireland yet further in The Evil Union with its disregard for freedom and the peoples of EUrope. History will show how courageouse it was of the people of Ireland to display with such certainty their self confidence that they can stand on their own feet without the nanny state of the EU with its bullying, threatening and dishonesty It has been a great eye opener to many just how vicious & corrupt those who wanted the EU were prepared to be

Bill of fundamental rights - means that EU tells Ireland how many immigrants both legal & illegal Ireland must take in. That these people can be hired for a minimum wage which means Ireland must compete for these wages or lose their jobs.

Ireland do the Europeans a favor & vote No

Do remember when you cast your vote if you are one of the very few who are privileged with ANY meaningful democratic say out of some 500Million that those who advocate the EU are all too often the parasitic politicians, their salaried advisors (brain cells) staff, apparatchiks, lobbyists, consultants, agents & assistants all with their snouts firmly in the troughs on the gravy train fighting like rats in a corner to maintain this pampered role as salesmen & women in support of Evil - JUST SAY NO

Yes eurospeak is a bummer. You mean subsidising.

"Just Say No" is what we're saying - it seems you'd like to say more though ;)

europarl Indeed EUroSpeak is dishonest & for you to use it ill becomes you.

The word I used was SUBSIDIARITY and for you portray that in a manner that suits you as subsidy is to dishonestly abuse the language. Just as the EU with its dishonest usage of 'Competence' to give the word a meaning it does NOT have in many if not most of the EU's corrupt documentation. I take it you have read the IDG's betrayal of the electorate.

you've gone off course Greg. Subsidiarity is an old word - they just revived it - you have to speak their language in order to make an EU argument - we should use 'Federal' instead of "Community", of course, and Power instead of "competence" - but not always, otherwise we would not be understood by those who only know the eurospeak terms.

europarl He who controls the language controls the argument - I am not willing to concede to the dishonesty of Humpty Dumpty - it is time he was kicked off the wall.

There is absolutely no doubt the statement 'Greater Subsidiarity To' means precisely that and to pretend otherwise is dishonest and a corruption. If Humpty Dumpty MEANS 'Federal' & 'Power' respectively to 'Community' & 'Competence' the documents as signed are invalid and null and Void as signed. Language is a very accurate tool.
