I have a really high metabolism and I burn food really quick, My upper abs are pretty defined but lower abs aren't that well defined, I can see them but not as much as my upper abs. Is there anyway I can get my lower abs to be more defined to get the full out defined 6 pack? Any help would be appreciated =)
