What 'AChristianAtheist' said.
Please, it's a perfectly average meteorological phenomena, not the second bloody coming, or a tectonic warning.

To happen 30 min before a major earthquake. That would be like if u saw someone standing by your car with a baseball bat then 30 min later u saw your windows smashed in for no reason. Nope can't possibly be that person.

No, it would be like seeing a rare bird chirping next to your car, and then 30 seconds later the car is wet and the bird is gone.

No connection at all, except both the bird and the rain that wet your car are naturally occuring phenomena.

Just like the earthquake was, and this circumhorizontal arc is.

Can you explain why the colors are perfectly ordered with red above yellow, above green, above blue? Because I can.

This is more like someone was standing about 300 miles (about 500km) from your car with a bat (or maybe not a bat, just a cloud), and then 30 minutes later you saw your car windows smashed in. Why in hell would you blame it on someone standing 300 miles away? ?
The person who put up this YouTube clearly states the clouds were 500 km away from the quake. Please read what they say.
