I love the words to this song by Andy Barnes as it is so sad that the Japanese fishing industry continues to slaughter these beautiful mammals for their oil, meat and whalebones. They claim it is for scientific research but most of the whale meat ends up being consumed in restaurants. This song makes me feel guilty being a human being and this song told from a lone surviving whales point of view brings tears to my eyes. I know nothing about Andy Barnes so is there anyone who can tell me about him

I like Seans voice alot but I'm more of a luke fan.
They all have different qualities to their voices to suit different songs.

This is such a brilliant song. It's even better on the bagpipes...check out "Last of the Great Whales" by the Royal Irish Regiment. Fantastic!
