I think its really great when people get inspiration from one type of art and use it in another... for example, bob dylan the musician had been inspired by a painter.
It just really goes to show how its all art, just different people use different ways to express it...

@duncanturner91. You're right - check out the FACFCF tuning on Don Ross's Berkley Springs. Two strings tuned up a full tone and one by a half-tone. Two are tuned down by a tone so this should equalize the overall tension. Dare I say the tune (it's on Youtube) is even nicer than this one by Andy!! (although sound quality is crappier).
