    seid doch froh das jemand solche videos reinstellt und regt euch nicht auf, wenn die übungen dann vielleicht doch etas zu schell ausgeführt werden. Er meint es doch nur gut !

    simsko hat recht, der trainer sagt immer man soll langsam die übungen ausführen, was ja auch sehr wichtig ist, aber besonders beim schulterheben macht er's viel zu schnell -.-

    ich denke das die vids. für Einsteiger sehr informativ sein könnten! (ganz ehrlich ... man lernt nicht viel neues wenn man schon ein paar erfahrungen gesammelt hat und man gut beraten wird)
